What makes you different than other DJs?
Enchanted Entertainment LLC is a family owned business. We do this full time. We will play your songs and read the crowd to fill out the music in real time, not from a playlist. We use a professional DJ controller and talent to provide Promix DJ with beat matching, and seamless transitions from one song to the next. Our goal is to give excellent customer service. Planning a wedding or event can be stressful and we are here to help whenever you have a question or need to make a change. From the initial phone call to your last dance, we will be here for you. You need an exceptional DJ at an affordable price. That is why we are so successful. We know that we offer the best quality and value, and soon you will too!
What other services do you offer?
In addition to DJ services, we offer full dance floor lighting, emcee services, wedding officiant services, and karaoke.
How involved are you in helping to plan our event?
We can be as involved, or not involved as you'd like! All of our DJ packages include a no cost consultation with us. We can help you plan your wedding or event from start to finish.
Are you insured?
Yes we are fully insured with a one million dollar liability policy. We strive to provide the finest entertainment and at the same time ensure the safety of you and your guests. If you need an additional COI for your venue, we can do that too!
What type of equipment do you use?
We use only top end professional gear and brands. QSC, EV, Pioneer, Sennheiser, and LD Systems.
Do you take requests?
We will always ask you for a small list of songs that you want to hear played in advance of the event. At your event, we will only take requests if you allow it. If allowed, we will "filter" requests, meaning we will not play a song that you specifically asked us not to play, or music from a genre that you asked us not to play. If someone makes a request that fits in well with what the DJ is playing at the time and with the music that you want, then we will play it if it is available.
What are your payment terms?
We require a deposit of half of the total fee at the time of signing the contract. This fee is non refundable and serves to lock the date for your event so that we do not book any work that would conflict with our involvement in your event on that date. This is also a guarantee to the customer that they will receive the requested equipment / personnel on the date at time specified. The remainder of the fee is to be paid no later than the day of the event before setup.
Will the DJ play overtime if needed?
Yes, we will play past the time in the contract if requested. This costs and additional fee of $75 per hour.
When should I book a DJ?
A good time frame is at least six to twelve months out for a wedding. Less for other events. This helps ensure that awe are available for the date and time that you want. It also gives us time to consult with you, to ensure that all aspects of your day are perfect.
